Shopping the Camenae e-boutique

  • Shop the e-boutique by browsing the Collections
  • Select the image to access an individual product’s detailed page
  • Add items to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Add to my Collection’ button on the desired product’s page
  • Review the personal collection you have chosen to purchase in ‘Your Shopping Bag’. To remove an item from your shopping bag, click the ‘Remove Item’ button next to the item
  • To continue shopping click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button. Please note, although an item may be in your shopping bag, another customer may purchase it depending on availability and time of finalization of your transaction
  • Proceed to ‘Purchase my Collection’ to finalize your transaction.

Purchasing Requirements
The purchase of any product through the Camenae e-boutique is available to individuals who can legally enter into a contract on the e-boutique in accordance with Singapore law.

If you are under 18, permission from a parent or guardian is required prior to placing an order online.

In order to purchase any Camenae product via the e-boutique, we require you (“the Customer”) to register and submit your full personal details. The customer must provide their name, phone number, email address and such other information if requested. When ordering merchandise, you will be required to provide and confirm your current and legitimate payment details.

In order to be eligible to purchase from the e-boutique, the Customer: must have a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to Camenae; submit detailed information acceptable to Camenae; and authorize Camenae to process charge(s) on their credit card in the amount of the purchase price for the chosen merchandise. Purchases made on the e-boutique are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Camenae reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being dispatched to any one customer or postal address.

By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you are authorizing us to perform credit checks and, from time to time, to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties. This includes your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports of your spouse), to authenticate your identity, to confirm validity of your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Your Collection
All orders made by the customer are dependant upon final confirmation by Camenae. All communications including advertisements made by Camenae and all information on this e-boutique are invitations only and are not offers or contracts.

Occasionally, items may be unavailable, back-ordered, or en route from our manufacturer. If that is the case, please email us on customerservice@camenae-group.com and request notification of delivery of your selected item(s). A customer service representative will advise estimated date of product delivery. Please note Camenae prides itself on producing exclusive, limited collections. Therefore, on certain occasions a product may be sold out. We will inform you of a ‘waiting list’ option or suggest another alternative if the product is no longer in production.

If a Camenae product is not available, your order may serve as a ‘pre-order’ to reserve that product. Your purchase will transact within 72 hours of order.

Prices shown on the e-boutique are in US dollars and are inclusive of all taxes if applicable. The price of a product displayed on the e-boutique at the time the order is accepted will be honored. Standard shipping within the US is free.

Acceptance of Your Order Upon finalizing your purchase, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the requested order. However, that email only reaffirms your order request and remains subject to confirmation by Camenae.

Camenae’s obligation to deliver items ordered from this e-boutique will be completed upon the goods being dispatched to you, unless that obligation is no longer required as in the case of an order that is accepted as cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

By purchasing items on this e-boutique you agree that all transactions carried out pursuant to any order will be governed by Singapore law and you further agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in respect of any dispute that may arise in connection with such transaction.

Camenae reserves the right, without giving reasons, to decline your order. Camenae reserves the right, without giving reasons, to refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Camenae will not be liable to the Customer or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the e-boutique whether or not an order for that merchandise has been confirmed; removing or editing any materials or content on the e-boutique; refusing to process or complete processing a transaction or reversing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment
Payment can be made by Visa or Master Card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account within 72 hours of purchase. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Customer must confirm that he or she is the legitimate user of the card.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Camenae, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our e-boutique as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this e-boutique are processed by a secure online gateway provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Please note that, for your security, only a record of your transaction is kept on the e-boutique. Camenae does not hold your credit card details on the website or in our customer database.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure the e-boutique uses SSL technology. This encrypts and protects the data sent to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then the padlock will be visible at the bottom of your browser. By clicking on the icon, more information about the SSL digital certificate registration will be available.

We will take all reasonable steps to keep details of your order and payment inaccessible via our secure gateway provider. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered if another party gains unlawful access to any information provided while ordering through the e-boutique.

Insurance
Camenae insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Camenae will make every effort to notify the Customer of delays. Camenae is not responsible for goods once delivery is accepted.

We will not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any loss of profit, business or goodwill or any losses that may arise either from a failure or delay in delivery of goods whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods.

Goods purchased online may only be accepted as returns via our e-boutique. Details for return of goods must be submitted via email to customerservice@camenae-group.com within 7 working days from the date of delivery. The Customer will receive an acknowledgement with a Return/Exchange Number via email within 48 hours. All items for return or exchange must have a valid Return/Exchange Number (REN).

Once you have received your REN, please follow the instructions emailed to you and stated below. Returns and/or exchanges without a valid REN may be returned to the sender.

All returned goods must be received by Camenae within 14 days from the date that Camenae issues your REN. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.

The REN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.

Returns and exchanges requested within this period are extended free via Camenae’s specified freight forwarder. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them via Camenae’s specified freight forwarder.

Returns/exchanges received outside the above time frames (other than when faulty) are accepted at the discretion of Camenae and can only be refunded as a credit against further purchases. Used goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in an alternative size or color. Exchanges for a completely different item cannot be processed. Exchanged goods will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and passed quality control.

Exchanges made outside of the above stated timeframes are subject to product availability and will be refunded only as a credit. The customer will incur all related shipping costs for such exchanges. We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs related to the recovery of the goods.

Camenae may not accept returns for non-faulty items that are not accompanied by their tag and authenticity card. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received without a tag and authenticity card, the customer should notify us by email on the same day if they wish to return the product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing and tags or authenticity cards or disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments.

Goods must be available for collection by Camenae’s specified freight forwarder at a mutually convenient time within the 14 days of receiving the REN.

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items the Customer must still obtain a Return Exchange Number (REN) number by emailing us at customerservice@camenae-group.com. Please refer to Camenae standard returns process as detailed above.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will make every effort to replace the faulty product with the same size/color as originally purchased. We apologize if the item is no longer available.

Items may be repaired on request where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item being returned. All products (returned with valid REN reference) as ‘new’ with tags, authenticity card and original packaging will be credited to the original credit card, excluding any special shipping charge.

Sale item returns are accepted at the discretion of Camenae. Any returns will be treated as a credit against future purchases and no cash refunds will be made.

Camenae e-boutique
The Camenae e-boutique is owned and operated by Camenae Group Pte Ltd, 10 Lermit Rd, Singapore 258643, company registration number 200705473E. By visiting www.camenae-group.com, the Customer is deemed to have accepted and consented to the Terms and Conditions set out in this e-boutique.

Trademark, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in conjunction with the e-boutique are specific to and owned by Camenae.

Use of the e-boutique is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. Content included in the e-boutique may be accessed by the Customer’s own internal non commercial use only. The Customer may not copy, publish, modify, transfer, commercially exploit or otherwise use in whole or part any content, software, products or services obtained from www.camenae-group.com.

The Customer may not delete or alter in any way any copyright, trade mark, intellectual property or other legal notices from any part of this e-boutique.

Inappropriate use of the e-boutique includes unlawful entry, unauthorized use of personal passwords and any other information within the e-boutique.

The Customer may not use this e-boutique in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the e-boutique or interfere with any other party's access to and/or use of this e-boutique.

The Customer must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this e-boutique, computer systems or networks connected to this e-boutique, through hacking, password mining or any other means. The Customer must not use these facilities to commit or encourage a criminal offence, to insert, transmit or distribute viruses or corrupt data or to send any unsolicited advertisement or other promotional material.

The Customer may not use this e-boutique for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

The Customer is prohibited from using any marks for any purpose from our e-boutique.

Camenae may terminate access and use of any part of this e-boutique at any time without notice if the Customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions.

Camenae reserves the right in its sole discretion and without any obligation or notice requirement to change, alter or edit content included in this e-boutique.

Camenae will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss or corruption of data or for any type of special, indirect loss or damage whether arising out of the Customer’s use or delay or inability to use this e-boutique or its content whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Camenae reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, to change, alter or modify these terms and conditions. All changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on this e-boutique and any use by the Customer of this e-boutique after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate agreement to the modified terms and conditions, but will not affect any orders in process.

Privacy
Camenae respects the privacy rights of its customers and recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected.

We are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of personal information by providing a safe and secure transaction environment when buying online. As part of Camenae’s commitment to your privacy rights and security, the e-boutique has been certified by VERISIGN.

Please note that Camenae has no responsibility to websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link. Please ensure to read the privacy policy of such other companies or organizations before submitting any personal information. Furthermore, Camenae may employ third party business partners to collect personal information on Camenae's behalf. In such cases, these third parties will be subject to confidentiality agreements and instructed by Camenae.

If an order is placed with Camenae, the holding of personal information including your name, Email address, phone numbers, home address and birth date is necessary so that we can process and fulfill the order. These details allow Camenae to process the order and to indicate the order status.

Camenae may collect non-personal data about use of the e-boutique, such as pages visited, times and volume of use of the services as well as traffic data. Traffic data includes logs, details of networks, time of log-on or access, length of sessions and similar systems data.

Camenae uses personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide customers with a personalized shopping experience. Camenae will also use certain details to fulfill and deliver orders and manage individual accounts. Personal information may also be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose information to any relevant regulatory body.

Camenae may use personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns in order to consistently improve our e-boutique and to better meet customer needs.

If the personal information maintained by Camenae is not correct, please visit the e-boutique and contact a customer service representative via customerservice@camenae-group.com. Only individual customers can request from you, can the Customer Care department to access personal data from the e-boutique using the Customer password and User ID.

Security
Your Camenae.com password is the key to your personal information on the e-boutique, including your account information and your order information. Please keep this in a safe, secure place and do not share passwords with others. Please contact customerservice@camenae-group.com for password reminder.
